Monster Cookie Energy Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ½ cups quick oats
02 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not all-natural)
03 - 1/2 cup honey
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup mini m&m's

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Use a wooden spoon or a handheld mixer to combine thoroughly. A hand mixer is recommended for best results.
02 - Shape the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in size, and arrange them on a plate or in a Tupperware container.
03 - Optionally, refrigerate the energy balls for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. They can also be eaten immediately if preferred.
04 - Store the energy balls in a covered container in the refrigerator.
