Mushroom Swiss Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mushroom Topping

01 - 2 tablespoons butter
02 - 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
03 - 1 small onion, sliced
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Burger Patties

07 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
08 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Assembly

10 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
11 - 4 hamburger buns
12 - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter 8-10 minutes. Add garlic and Worcestershire for 1 minute more.
02 - Mix beef with seasonings, shape into 4 patties.
03 - Cook 3-5 minutes per side. Add cheese last minute and cover to melt.
04 - Toast buns. Stack burger, cheese, mushroom mixture, and desired toppings.
