# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
03 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced

→ Bread and Cheese

04 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
05 - 4 slices rye bread

→ Seasonings and Fats

06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Season and form beef into 2 patties. Cook until browned and done.
02 - Sauté mushrooms and onions in olive oil until golden.
03 - Layer beef, vegetables, and cheese between rye bread slices.
04 - Cook sandwiches in butter until golden and cheese melts.
