Oven Fried Feta Chili Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
02 - 8 oz feta cheese, cut into small logs
03 - 1/4 cup melted butter

→ Chili Honey

04 - 1/2 cup honey
05 - 1 tablespoon chili flakes
06 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

→ Garnish (optional)

07 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush again, repeating until 4 layers are formed.
03 - Cut the layered phyllo into strips about 3 inches wide. Place a piece of feta at the end of each strip.
04 - Roll the feta up in the phyllo, folding the edges to seal and form a package. Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush the outside of each roll with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
06 - Warm honey gently in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in chili flakes and apple cider vinegar.
07 - Drizzle the baked rolls generously with the prepared chili honey and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on the rolls before baking.
02 - Smoked paprika can be used instead of chili flakes for a milder flavor profile.
03 - Consider pairing with a crisp salad or a platter of crusty bread dipped in olive oil for a complete meal.
