→ For Assembly

20 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheese blend
21 - 4 medium naan (homemade or store-bought)
22 - Cilantro chutney for drizzling (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the thick yogurt with ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, coriander powder, chaat masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, crushed kasuri methi, and salt. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
02 - Add the paneer cubes, diced peppers, onions, and jalapeño slices to the marinade. Toss gently until all ingredients are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
03 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine marinara sauce with cardamom powder, garam masala, red chili powder, kasuri methi, and butter. Stir until butter melts and ingredients are fully incorporated. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
05 - Take one naan and spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the spiced sauce, leaving a 1-2 cm border around the edge. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, then top with the marinated paneer, pepper, and onion mixture.
06 - Place assembled naan pizza on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes until cheese melts. For a slightly browned top, broil on high for 1-2 minutes (optional).
07 - Allow the pizza to rest for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving plate. Drizzle with cilantro chutney if desired and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Soak store-bought paneer in warm water for 20 minutes before using to soften it.
02 - Air fryer alternative: Preheat air fryer according to manufacturer's instructions, then air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 7-9 minutes until cheese melts and paneer turns golden brown.
03 - Ensure the yogurt used for marinade is thick and not runny for best results.
