# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This high temperature will help create that beautiful caramelization on the sweet potatoes.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated with oil and seasonings.
