Pepperoni Cheese Chips

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low moisture)

50 mini pepperoni slices

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning mix
→ Optional

Marinara sauce for dipping
# Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease mini muffin pan.

Add 2-2.5 tablespoons cheese to each cup. Top with 3-4 pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.

Cook for 7-8 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing.

Can use different cheeses (keep low moisture)

For crispier chips, use Parmesan at 400°F

Can substitute regular pepperoni
