Pepperoni Cheese Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low moisture)
02 - 50 mini pepperoni slices
03 - 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning mix

→ Optional

04 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease mini muffin pan.
02 - Add 2-2.5 tablespoons cheese to each cup. Top with 3-4 pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
03 - Cook for 7-8 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing.

# Notes:

01 - Can use different cheeses (keep low moisture)
02 - For crispier chips, use Parmesan at 400°F
03 - Can substitute regular pepperoni
