Once the meat is fully browned, drain the mixture and return it to the skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese is completely melted.

Spread the mixture into the prepared 8x8 casserole dish. Top evenly with the 6 slices of provolone cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
