# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
02 - 1 bell pepper, chopped
03 - 1 small onion, chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 4 ounces cream cheese
10 - 6 slices provolone cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 casserole dish.
02 - Add the ground beef, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meat by breaking it up with a large spoon while stirring with the vegetables.
03 - Once the meat is fully browned, drain the mixture and return it to the skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese is completely melted.
04 - Spread the mixture into the prepared 8x8 casserole dish. Top evenly with the 6 slices of provolone cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
