Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Breadsticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 450g pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

→ Filling

02 - 225g thinly sliced beef (ribeye or flank steak)
03 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Cheese

11 - 150g shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 50g shredded provolone cheese
13 - 25g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

→ Topping

14 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
15 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender, about 5 minutes.
03 - Return the beef to the skillet, add the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
04 - Preheat your oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
05 - Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 25×35 cm. Cut the dough into 8 equal strips.
06 - Place a small amount of the beef and pepper mixture along the center of each strip. Top with a generous sprinkle of mozzarella and provolone cheese.
07 - Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Roll each breadstick gently to shape it, ensuring the seam is underneath.
08 - Place the stuffed breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, if using.
09 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
10 - Let the breadsticks cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or cheese sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - These breadsticks are best served immediately while the cheese is still melty and the exterior is crisp.
02 - You can prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to assemble.
