# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 pound bok choy, quartered
05 - 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Add olive oil and sesame oil to a non-stick skillet and place over medium heat.
02 - Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute before adding the quartered bok choy and cook for another minute. Add the soy sauce and a few spoons of water and cover the pan.

# Notes:

01 - Leftover bok choy stores well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days
02 - Not recommended for freezing as it will ruin the texture of the tender leaves
03 - To reheat, warm in the microwave for about 30 seconds before serving
