Savory Puff Pastry Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 320 g All Butter Puff Pastry Sheet
02 - 2 tbsp Milk or 1 Beaten Egg (for brushing)

→ Mediterranean Topping

03 - 3 tbsp Ready made Pesto
04 - 100 g Tomatoes, thinly sliced
05 - Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

→ Cheese & Bacon Topping

06 - 2 Slices Bacon, partially cooked
07 - 25 g Cheddar cheese, grated
08 - 1 Egg

→ Pizza-Style Topping

09 - 3 tbsp Tomato puree
10 - 30 g Grated mozzarella
11 - Slices of pepperoni
12 - Pinch of Dried Italian herbs

→ Goat Cheese Topping

13 - 75 g Caramelised onion marmalade
14 - 40 g Goats cheese, sliced
15 - Pinch of Dried thyme

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7.
02 - Lay the pastry, together with the baking parchment it comes with, onto a baking tray. Using a knife, cut the pastry into quarters. Score a 0.5cm border around the edge of each one with a sharp knife.
03 - Add your preferred toppings to each pastry quarter. Brush the outer border with either milk or beaten egg.
04 - Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the toppings are golden brown and bubbly.
