# Ingredients:

06 - 1 cup grated cheese (Gruyère, cheddar)

08 - 1 teaspoon herbs de Provence
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
02 - Gradually add ice water, mixing until the dough comes together. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
04 - In a skillet, heat olive oil, add vegetables, herbs, salt, and pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Let cool.
05 - Roll out the chilled dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking sheet.
