Slow Cooker Beef Potato Gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground beef
02 - 3 pounds peeled russet potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick (about 7 cups total)
03 - 1 cup thinly sliced onion
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon pepper
08 - 3 cups shredded sharp cheese
09 - 3/4 cup beef broth
10 - 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef on the stovetop until browned, then drain the fat.
02 - In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add half of the sliced potatoes into the slow cooker. Pour in the cheddar cheese soup and mix to coat the potatoes.
04 - Sprinkle half of the onions, half of the seasoning mixture, half of the browned beef, and half of the shredded cheese over the potatoes.
05 - Repeat the layering with the remaining potatoes, onions, seasoning mixture, meat, and shredded cheese.
06 - Evenly drizzle the beef broth over the top layer.
07 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
08 - Serve hot.
