In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, basil, and butter together. Spread this mixture on one side of each slice of Italian bread. Sprinkle ½ tablespoon of finely grated Parmesan on the buttered side of each bread slice, lightly pressing it into the butter.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the angel hair pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain thoroughly.

Stir the cooked angel hair pasta into ½ cup of Bolognese sauce until well incorporated.

Place one slice of bread buttered-side down. Arrange 3 slices of fresh mozzarella evenly across the bread. Spread the Bolognese-covered pasta over the mozzarella, then add another layer of 3 mozzarella slices. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered-side facing up.

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place the sandwich in the dry skillet and cover with a lid. Cook undisturbed for 5-6 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Carefully flip the sandwich, cover again, and toast the second side until golden and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
