In a skillet, cook the crumbled chorizo over medium-high heat until browned and crispy. Drain excess fat.

Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness, then transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the browned chorizo evenly on top of the sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chorizo, followed by the sliced bell peppers and onions.
