# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground turkey
02 - 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach, chopped
03 - ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
06 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Olive oil for greasing

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil.
02 - If using fresh spinach, chop it finely. If using frozen, thaw completely and squeeze out excess moisture until dry.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, prepared spinach, crumbled feta, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated without overmixing.
04 - Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5 inch diameter meatballs, yielding approximately 20-24 pieces.
05 - Arrange meatballs on the prepared baking sheet with space between each. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with roasted vegetables, fresh salad, or pasta if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure frozen spinach is thoroughly drained to prevent watery meatballs.
02 - These meatballs can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
