Strawberry Protein Energy Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup rolled oats
02 - 1 cup almond flour
03 - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
04 - ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
05 - ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
06 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
08 - 1–2 tbsp milk of choice, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Mix in the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until everything is well incorporated.
03 - If your mixture seems too dry, gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you get a dough that can be easily shaped.
04 - Roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and arrange them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
05 - Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
06 - Enjoy your protein balls right away or keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
