Stir in all your sauce ingredients: tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring everything to a simmer.

Toast your hamburger buns if desired, then pile the hot turkey mixture onto the bottom buns. Garnish with fresh parsley if using, top with the other half of the bun, and serve right away.
