# Ingredients:

03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

05 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions
06 - 1/4 cup chopped spinach (optional)

07 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (or turkey bacon)

08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
03 - Stir in diced bell peppers, green onions, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional spinach.
04 - Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and top is golden brown.
05 - Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into bars.
