Baked Tomatoes with Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large Roma tomatoes, sliced
02 - 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
03 - 1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - ½ cup chopped fresh basil
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the tomato slices on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Top each tomato with a layer of Parmesan and then a layer of mozzarella.
04 - Sprinkle the chopped basil on top of each tomato.
05 - Drizzle the tomatoes lightly with olive oil.
06 - Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Set the oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese.
