Cheesy Beef Baked Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 1/2 cup salsa
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Assembly

06 - 12 6-inch tortillas
07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Sour cream
09 - Salsa
10 - Green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Brown beef, drain fat. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer 2-3 minutes.
02 - Add salsa to beef. Mix with cream cheese and cheddar until smooth.
03 - Fill tortillas with 2-3 tablespoons mixture, fold into half-moons. Brush with butter.
04 - Cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
