Chicken Gnocchi Alfredo Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package shelf stable gnocchi
02 - 2 cups shredded/chopped cooked chicken
03 - 1 - 15 ounce jar Alfredo sauce

→ Vegetables

04 - 2 cups frozen broccoli
05 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic

→ Cheese & Toppings

06 - ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - ½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
09 - Freshly grated parmesan cheese, green onions, and extra bacon for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a casserole dish with non-stick baking spray.
02 - Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions. Drain well.
03 - Gently stir together the cooked gnocchi, broccoli, chicken, bacon, garlic, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl.
04 - Spoon the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle evenly with the shredded mozzarella and Monterey jack cheeses. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
05 - Broil for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown. Watch carefully as it can brown quickly.
06 - Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese, sliced green onions and extra bacon bits if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - This hearty casserole can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Just add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if cooking from cold.
