# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with oiled parchment paper
02 - Strain excess liquid from cottage cheese using fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth
03 - Place small mounds of cheese on baking sheet and flatten into thin rounds, leaving space between each
04 - Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool on sheet to crisp further
05 - Spread drained cheese on oiled parchment, microwave 2-3 minutes until crispy, cool and break into pieces
