# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix until thoroughly blended.
02 - Form the cheese mixture into a log shape using plastic wrap. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
03 - Once chilled, roll the log in chopped fresh parsley until evenly coated.
04 - Place on a serving platter and accompany with crackers or breadsticks.
