# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - Sauté the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a skillet over medium-high heat until the vegetables are softened and the beef is browned. Drain any excess grease.
03 - Add the Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is uniform.
04 - Place the shredded Monterey Jack cheese in 8 even circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are brown and the cheese becomes a lace-like texture.
